  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (where applicable) to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. VSDealsshop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
